About Us

Las Estrellas was opened by Takis in 1993 to provide a dedicated space in central London for Argentine Tango. The Studio feels like a bit of Buenos Aires that has been magically transported into Bayswater, and has a dance studio and a bar. We teach weekly beginners and intermediate classes and Takis teaches his private classes here.

Las Estrellas is fully licensed and you can order a range of hot and cold snacks prepared in the nearby Kalamaras Greek Taverna. 

Access to the studio is easy, as it is less than 50 metres from Bayswater tube station, and only 200 from Queensway station. We are just north of Hyde Park, off the Bayswater Road, and there are several car parks nearby should you want to drive in.
